Things You Need To Change Or Let Go If You Want To Be Successful

Everybody has things in their life that pulls them down, preventing them from achieving their goals, preventing them from loving life and loving themselves.
Think about the reason why many birds can fly, it's because they are incredibly light.
Well we are not birds of course,
but by taking the load off your mind can have a similar effects. 
Here are those things which may be pulling you down right now :
Your accustomed way of thinking
When you're having a problem at some point in your lives, and you know that you're stuck, the first thing you should stop and examine is your way of thinking. Learn to watch your thoughts in a third person perspective, you'll realize how stupid you was when you're able to do so.
Understanding the way you think and why you think like the way you think is the key to changing your life.
Your reality and perspective of life
The way you think brings about the things you think about, how you view the world, the life, what you believe. The way each person think are different and unique, person from a loving family will have a different views and ways of perspective from those who came from harsh family. 
We all learned different life lessons in different manners that have created our own theories about how the life works the way it does. Unfortunately our perspective are't always true or accurate, and it's not 100% helpful. 
But with focus we could change our perspective and views our reality in a better way. 
Your past failures
Nobody in existence that haven't ever failed at something in their life. Even robots that are programmed so well the AIs could match humans could make an error.
Failing is a part of living as well as the part of existing. There's no need and no reasons to be ashamed of it. It have always been told that we must all learn from our mistakes and failures.
However, the failures itself could continue to pull you down while the lessons lift you up higher. It's all matter of putting thins into perspective. Remember the bow quotes right?
Your habits you love to be doing even though you know it's bad
This habits are hard to get rid, as they brings joy and temporary happiness into your life. It may be more useful if you don't remove those habits from yourselves but by simply limit how much we indulge in them.
Life is meant to be enjoyed, if it brings joy and happiness, why should we get rid of it? But again, it's a matter of perspective. Be honest with yourself and make the right decision.
All those bad people that brings negativity into your life
Most people are simply throwing negativity because they just want it, there're some others doing their best to pull you down and see you fall.
While they're not necessarily bad, but unfortunately these people do not add as much as they take from us. There is no point befriending someone who in the end are going to leave you feel disappointed.
Keep your distance from them since they're not a good addition into your life. Respect your life and leave them out of it.
False beliefs
There are some beliefs that have little to no supporting facts. Then there are others that have plenty of supporting theories and experience that aren't certain yet, that still actually aren't facts.
Neither of those should be taken as facts, instead it should be always questioned.
It's better if you don't believe anything that aren't certain, and maybe you should even question those things that you do believe to be certain.
Always keep an open mind for we don't know what might happen and develops in the future. The things once believed to be impossible are indeed possible, like flying. You can hope all you want, but don't believe blindly as it does you no good. 
Unhealthy lifestyle
Most of us have an unhealthy lifestyle, if you have an unhealthy lifestyle and you know that you do, why are you still choosing to continue living in such way? Think about answering this and it should be easier to make a change.
Pointless Fear
Some fears are necessary. The fear of falling a 200 foot drop, the fear of losing someone, fearing someone who's trying to hurt or kill you, fearing of killing someone and yourself. We have fear, simply too keep us alive and living.
But we do not have it to hold us back and keep us down.
There's always a chance of failing, of dying, of pain, but we should not be afraid to gamble. When it's about your life or health, play it safe, otherwise go all in.
Your poor self-image
You are you and you will be you until you were you. You are awesome because you believe you do. That's enough, you don't need to impress anyone else.
Why? because you are living for yourself, not the others.
You can change whatever you don't like about yourself, that need to be changed. All you need is possibility.  
Repetitive life
Doing the same thing with the same way on a same time same place everyday surely is a damn hell. Nobody could do something like it without any break and relief, they'll bored to death.
This happen mostly at your job, but it doesn't mean you can't change it at all. Why don't you try doing the thing you usually do with different ways? I'm sure there aren't only one way of doing something, or you quit your job, finding a new one, well it may sounds extreme and crazy but it may open a lot more opportunity for you to be success, you always wanna gamble you know.
