The truth is, I blog about this because coffee has been the part of my life, and I want to know if my addictions are really benefiting or not.
There surely are very much stereotypes for coffee, whether it could rise the percentage of your heart disease or even cancer. So I did some research over the internet.

In fact, daily coffee consumption could reduce your percentage of mortality, as well as protects you against diseases such as Parkinson's, type 2 diabetes, liver disease even liver cancer. Although this may not be true for younger people who drinks large amount of coffee.

Here are some of the benefits of drinking coffee.

1. Coffee can help you burn fat.
Many of us doesn't know that every commercial fat loss supplements or drinks contain caffeine.
Actually, caffeine is one of the very few natural ingredients that have been proven to aid fat burning. Several studies show that caffeine can boost the metabolic rate by 3% - 11% as well as specifically increase the fat burning by as much as 10% in obese individual and 29% in lean people.
However there's a possibility that this benefit will diminish in a long term coffee consumption.
2. It improves energy level and make you smarter.
Coffee is known to help people feel less tired and increase their stamina. It's because it contains caffeine which is the most commonly consumed psychoactive substance in the world.
A while after you drink coffee, the caffeine will be absorbed into your bloodstream and travels to your brain. Caffeine blocks and inhibitory neurotransmitter called Adenosine in your brain.
When that happen, the amount of other neurotransmitters like norepinephrine and dopamine actually increases, leading to enhanced firing of neurons.
Coffee improves various aspects in the functions of the human brain, such as mood, memory, stamina, reflex, reaction time, and general cognitive function.
Scientist from the medical university in Innsbruck, Austria, found that the person who drinks a cup of coffee every morning perform much faster in short-term memory test than the guys who skipped the morning coffee.
3. It improves your physical performance.
Caffeine stimulates the nervous system causing it to send signal to the fat cells to break down body fat, as well as increasing the adrenaline levels in the blood.
Adrenaline is designed to make our body ready for intense physical exertion and situation. Caffeine makes your body fat break down into fatty acids and storing them as fuels.
So, why don't you drink a cup of coffee an hour or two before you head to the gym?

It have been asked frequently whether coffee does actually add years to our life or it will strip it away. Well, the answer is, it'll add more years to our life.
