Why Caring Less Will Make You Happy?

Caring is the nature of human, we can't live without caring and it's been said that the greatest motivation comes from the will to do something for someone you love.
But why caring less would make you happier? Well it's simple, we care too much for the little things that doesn't matter and take an important part in our life. We are afraid of being selfish for our self and that took a major part in why we are so careful of other non-important things. 
For example, imagine you getting fed up by watching those frustrating television news, you can't help but take a deep breath getting upset about all those bad thing that happens around us. Happy people don't care for that. They don't care about what people think about them, they don't care about their failures, their past mistakes, about them being good enough, after all it all depends on yourselves, the only one you can change are yourself! 
You don't need to care about not having something that someone had, if you want it, just work for it. You also need to stop thinking about the "what ifs", "what if i had that car", "what if i look like her", all those thoughts, stop it right now, the longer you think about it, the deeper you're getting yourselves pulled into the endless loop of this thoughts, instead of thinking this way, think about "HOW TO", "THERE MUST BE A WAY", instead of dreaming being someone or having something, WORK FOR IT!
Well of course the "selfish" isn't the other selfish, for example other people have to complete your wish to make you happy or you are prioritizing yourself above other people. The selfishness i referred are the one that actually makes you think more about yourself, that you are more likely to prevent rather than fixing something, you focused your positive mind into your wellness. 
We all have to try.. to care less about the things we can't change and start focusing on the things we can change ourselves, start by being selfish for what food you're going to eat everyday, for the clothes and styles are you going to wear today. 
Be more proud of yourself. Sometimes you just need to look back, to see how far you've come. Be proud of every little things you do, A little fat won't make you less attractive ;) .Just be more grateful of the things around you. 
Be healthy. Watch a book about wellness, about health or about nature and take a time to meditate thinking about yourself, your good or bad actions and the next big move you're going to do. Do not get yourself over weighted, you'll end up hating the way you look and that'll surely makes you dislike yourselves.  Remember, great action comes from a healthy mind, and a healthy mind comes from a healthy body, when you got all these, happiness will surely come following.
Be more selfish on how you treat your own body, changing the things you could change like your thoughts, your body, your mind, foods and exercises. Once you start to do it, watch the changes you brought to yourself.
